The law firm of DeFusco & Udelman, P.L.C. was formed in 1995 by partners Andrew J. DeFusco and Randall S. Udelman. The firm engages primarily in the areas of plaintiff's personal injury and tort litigation, premises and landowner liability, wrongful death, and insurance bad faith litigation representing plaintiffs in a variety of trial related matters.

We welcome consultation in any of the foregoing matters and will ordinarily not charge a fee to determine if our firm is able to represent you with your legal needs. In general, if we undertake representation, our firm usually charges a contingency fee and advances all costs of representation on your behalf. At the conclusion of your case, if we are able to obtain a recovery on your behalf, we deduct our attorney's fees and costs of processing and concluding your case from this recovery.
